Army Cars parked in front of the Sports Pavilion and Ward 12

This photograph was taken during the 1980’s and shows a few army vans parked in front of the Sports Pavilion and Ward 12. This is the only image of the Sports Pavilion known to exist and it was donated to the project by former resident and project volunteer, Roddy.
The photograph was taken from the sports field where Bridgefoot House and the Craigmill Skill Centre now stand.
